The school will be held entirely online
The “International Winter School on Blockchain Technology and Applications – Hyperledger” aims to give a comprehensive understanding of what Hyperledger blockchain technology is and how it works in practice. During the winter school, the students will explore how to design, configure implement and deploy Hyperledger-based technologies. By the end of the school, the participants will also gain insight into how the research is moving and how blockchains will affect the future of the industry and in general complex organizations.
The school (online) combines lectures with tutorials and hands-on experiences. In the following, we report the main topics that will be faced.
– Introduction to the blockchain technologies and related characteristics (e.g., security, privacy, trust, performance, scalability).
– Detailed understanding of Hyperledger ecosystems, with a specific focus on Fabric.
– Learn how to develop Hyperledger smart contracts and relative languages.
– Discover relevant case studies based on the Hyperledger blockchain.
This school is targeted at Master’s or PhD students, post-docs, lecturers, professors, and professionals from industries who are interested in blockchain from computer science, engineering, physics, math or business perspectives, and are looking to acquire knowledge and expertise in blockchain technologies with a particular focus on Hyperledger.
The school will release a final certificate of attendance declaring the teaching hours and the positive project assessment useful for credit recognition.
